My clientele consists primarily of women with hair similar to mine, LONG, thick and curly. While you fine haired girls would kill for such a head, we PAY to be able to manage it. Regardless of coarse or fine hair, the world is using flat irons. The word “sleek” is used loosely at our salon. That’s what we see on televisions, magazines, work and schools; straight hair. But I’ve decided we all need a lesson on the importance of maintaining the integrity of your hair. Especially if you’re flat ironing your hair daily. So here’s a fast and simple way to get the skinny look you’re going for while still keeping your tresses looking healthy and shiny.

First and foremost you will need a ceramic iron. They produce far infrared ionic heat that won’t damage and destroy your hair (with the proper care on your behalf!) Both of these products you apply on wet hair.  Comb through to distribute evenly. Blow dry your hair, then section and flat iron.
